Berth Lease Sold in April 2020 in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis!

Berth Lease Price:  PRICE REDUCED to 1,850,000 Euros plus applicable taxes (October 2019)

Max. Length: 30 metres | 98’6″. Suitable for yachts up to 30m LOA.
Max. Width:  7,5 metres | 24’8″. Suitable for yachts up to 7,5m beam including fenders.
Max. Depth:    4 metres | 13’2″.

Availability of berth occupancy: At closing.

Expiry date:  31 July 2031.
Parking: There is parking available on the quay and directly behind the berth.
Privacy arrangements: CCTV. 24/7 Security patrols.

Shore power supplied to berth: Three-Phase – 125 Amp/hr.
Internet, Wi-Fi:  Wi-Fi from the marina.
Rubbish removal: Yes.
Availability of fuel at berth: Yes.

The berth is situated about half way down the capitanerie quay of Puerto Portals within easy walking distance of the restaurants, bars and shops.  It is possibly the only remaining berth lease of this size.

The concession term for this berth will end on the 31st of July 2031, which was the original expiry date for the marina. A new concession has been granted to the marina but little is known about the renewal conditions for current owners of berths. Berth lease sales in Puerto Portals are subject to similar conditions as a property and therefore the applicable taxes will depend on the circumstances of the buyer. This berth is owned by a Spanish S.L. company. The berth may be rented out when not occupied, via the marina, for a fee.
