9 DAYS… 9 EXPERIENCES
The wines of the Appellation of Origin Binissalem have achieved excellent quality, and nowadays they have the strength and recognition to be the engine for a new way to check out the Island’s tourism: Winetourism. When we thought on the way to promote our project, we simply did an exercise of empathy and the idea set up: “Nine days, nine experiences”. We can offer our nine experiences to our visitors to break the routine and immerse themselves in a beautiful rural setting, which for nine days wrapped in spring invites us to stroll on the vineyards, tour the five municipalities of the PDO Binissalem, cultural routes that tell the history and the authentic architecture of our towns. Hosting in wonderful historic houses which allow us to imagine how things were before and give us a rest. Enjoy delicious cuisine and complementary offer: concerts, art exhibitions, markets and crafts. And we can see as a red thread of these pleasurable experiences the wine. The 14 wineries of the PDO Binissalem will open doors for visitors and organize tastings. If winemakers, the true stars of this project, have launched the Majorcan wine in the world, they also have the power to publicize all the good things that we can find in such a beautiful region as the PDO Binissalem land.
